Syncro Front Locking Diff Page A front locking diff for my Syncro is one of my newest upgrades. I purchased it at the 2008 Syncro de Mayo event. I brought it home and sent it to my local VW tranny place. A couple days and hundred dollars later, I picked it up ready to go. Here's the diff when I got it back from the trans shop. All I had to do was install the actuator and it was ready. This is a closer shot of the diff lock unit. You may notice that is the same as the rear diff parts. More to come. . .
